Eataly

I have a few cook books where a couple times a month I'll pick something that sounds delicious and cook it. It's fun, healthy and broadens your spectrum with staples that you wouldn't normally use. But to be honest, whenever I buy a cook book I end up only creating 25% of the proposed carousal substenance. However! this past Christmas I received marvelous cook book on chef, and author Mario Batali. The title of my prized cookbook is Molto Italiano: 327 Simple Italian Recipes to Cook at Home

It's boundless and comprehensive menu list, is definitely an exciting stimulus to, in my opinion, a tiring repretoire of new and old chefs publishing the same old time tested recipes "with a kick".

If you have never heard of him, or if you have - this will definitely be an enjoyable video recipe for anyone who enjoys cooking.
